2012 New Product Showcase Winners to be Featured at Expo Seguridad Mexico in April

Best in each category to get international exposure for their NPS entries

ALEXANDRIA, Va. – The Security Industry Association (SIA) announced a new benefit for winners of this year’s New Product Showcase (NPS) at ISC West, which will be held March 27-30 at the Sands Expo Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Top winners in each of the 2012 NPS award categories will have their products displayed at Expo Seguridad Mexico powered by ISC, which will be held in Mexico City on April 24-26, 2012.

“This is an incredible opportunity for NPS entrants,” said Jennifer Martin, Chair of the SIA NPS Committee. “In addition to being featured in the NPS Program and at the NPS Winners Forum, the winner in each category will get valuable international exposure from having their products showcased at Expo Seguridad Mexico.”

The NPS has been the premier awards-based marketing program in the security industry for more than three decades. Each year at ISC West, the NPS program recognizes outstanding contributions to the protection of life and property in residential, commercial and institutional settings. Judging panels composed of industry experts select winners in various categories. The most coveted awards are the Judges’ Choice Award and the event’s highest honor — the Best New Product Award.  The New Product Showcase awards ceremony will be held Wednesday, March 28, at 3:00 p.m. on the Expo floor stage and is open to all ISC West Expo and Conference attendees.
