Homeland Security Working Group

The working group works to identify, support and advocate for policies and programs that protect our nation against threats and secure our critical infrastructure—the facilities, systems and networks upon which our society depends. The working group informs policymakers about security products, capabilities and solutions for a wide range of security requirements.


  • Provided key input throughout the development process for the Chemical Facilities Anti-
    Terrorism Standards program.
  • Supporting increased funding for transportation and port security grants.
  • Drafted comments on the new physical security standard for the electric grid.
  • Provided input to Congress on DHS border security related procurement practices.
