There are only a few weeks left until Securing New Ground (SNG), the annual executive conference  hosted by the Security Industry Association (SIA), and we’re looking forward to an exciting lineup of discussions on the security business trends that matter most. In one of the event’s featured discussions – The View From the Top: Challenges for Today’s Security Industry Leaders – a panel of top security experts will face the topics and trends challenging security companies the most and explore how to address these challenges.

With technology disruption, labor shortages, automation of jobs, intelligent machines and more, the leaders of the security industry are facing unprecedented transformations. In this iteration of our ever-popular “View From the Top” session, Scott Schafer, chairman of the SIA Board of Directors, will moderate a discussion featuring Genetec President, CEO and Founder Pierre Racz; and HID Global Executive Vice President and Head of Global Technologies Stefan Widing as these leaders share their insights on how security leaders and companies can adapt to and embrace these changes to power their businesses in the future.
