Grounded in real-world security industry challenges, The Table mirrors best-in-class executive education models and focuses on developing leadership capabilities, exploring emerging industry trends and strengthening professional connections.
Participants engage in a six-week, cohort-based experience that blends executive masterclasses, interactive workshops, facilitated peer discussions and applied strategic problem-solving. Through practical, real-world learning and meaningful peer collaboration, the program strengthens business acumen, supports individual growth and helps move the security industry forward. Participants are expected to attend every session, including both virtual and in-person formats.

Table Stakes: Program Eligibility and Expectations
Each candidate should demonstrate strong performance in their current or previous roles. Ideal participants show the ability to lead complex projects or initiatives, possess a strategic understanding of the security technology and converged security ecosystem and exhibit clear potential to advance into senior leadership roles within the next five years.
Participants should be highly motivated to invest in their professional growth and actively engage in the six-week cohort experience. A strong commitment to attending all scheduled virtual sessions, project work and the mandatory virtual conference is expected. The estimated time commitment is approximately 3–4 hours per week spent between virtual sessions and project work.
