NavigateHER Event Grants
About the NavigateHER Grant Program
SIA is pleased to offer competitive grants for Women in Security Forum (WISF) members who are current employees of SIA member companies or student members.
The NavigateHER Event Grants Program is designed to support the career growth and development of individuals who lack financial backing from their employers or require additional monetary assistance to enable their participation in the annual Security LeadHER conference.
Grant funds may cover event registration fees (one pass per grant recipient) and eligible travel expenses up to $1,500 per person (itemized receipts are required for reimbursement). Up to 10 grants will be made available for Security LeadHER this year.
Congratulations to the 2026 NavigateHEr Grant Awardees!
