About the SPM Training Seminar

This 2.5-day, instructor-led program offers project managers clear perspective on the importance of their role to project stakeholders and identifies risk that could hinder project success. As part of the SPM training, attendees receive these on-the-job reference materials:

  • The SIA Security Project Management Body of Knowledge Guidebook, a common framework of security terms and principles that allows security project managers to discuss, debate and resolve matters pertaining to the profession with a common understanding.
