Tell us the story of your company.
Sascha Kylau: Our company was founded out of a need and want for monitoring centers to be able to grow their businesses using the latest technology and integrations with amazing customer service that is not available to them today. With that we set out to speak to the industry and gather feedback on what challenges monitoring centers were face, what was keeping executives up at night and how could be build something as a software company where we are a true partner to our customers and not just another software provider.

What solutions/services does your business offer in the security industry? And what makes your offerings/company unique?
SK: Our company offers monitoring center software along with an artificial intelligence (AI) knowledge base and AI omnichannel communications to give better support and services to monitoring center staff, dealers, installers and end users. The software will also help reduce false alarms and integrate with many third-party applications, making it a better and easier solution to use.
What is something we might not know about your company—or something new you are doing in security?
SK: Our software solutions are built by the industry for the industry, with a first-of-its-kind AI knowledge base specifically built for the security industry by learning not just text, but also pictures and diagrams from documents such as installation manuals. This solution will work for end-user customers, dealer/installers, support, IT, etc.
What is your company’s vision, and what are your goals for the security industry?
SK: Our company is taking visionary ideas, driven by creativity, innovation and a deep commitment to those we serve. By doing this we will help grow the industry and give our customers the tools they need to protect property and lives better than ever before.

What do you think are the biggest opportunities in the security industry right now?
SK: There are so many big opportunities right now. One of the biggest opportunities will be AI and how it can be used in our industry to work alongside the services that the industry is using today to make people and products more efficient, while giving end users greater protection, reduction in false alarms and give our public safety partners clearer information and data when dispatching services.
What are the biggest challenges facing your company and/or others in the security industry?
SK: The biggest challenges facing the industry today are the speed at which technology is changing and how the standards that help regulate the industry cannot keep pace with it.

What do you most enjoy about working at your company—and in the security industry?
SK: I most enjoy the team that we are building and how we are all working towards a unified goal to release software services that our industry is in dire need of while, at the same time, providing them with customer service and support that do not exist from current vendors.
What does SIA offer that is most important to you/your company, and what do you most hope to get out of your membership with SIA?
SK: SIA allows us to network with and be part of a wonderful group of industry individuals. Some of the most important things we hope to get out of our membership are being involved in developing standards that move our industry forward and government legislation.
How does your organization engage with SIA? What are your plans for involvement in the next year?
SK: We plan on attending more events and showcasing our solutions at trade shows in 2027, including ISC West.
