    Andrew Campagnola is a trusted voice in access control and security technology, with hands-on experience across the entire ecosystem—end user, integrator, consultant and manufacturer. His background spans engineering, sales, operations and product management, giving him a rare cross-functional view of how security solutions are built, deployed and adopted.

    As director of product management at Kastle Systems, Campagnola brings a practical and strategic perspective on the evolution of managed security. He contributes actively to the industry through panels, publications and community engagement, with a focus on driving interoperability and modernization across the physical security landscape.

    Campagnola has spoken at events including ISC West, ISC East and the Access Control Summit and has authored articles on the future of access control in commercial real estate. His broad background enables him to speak fluently to both technical and business audiences and help bridge the gap between legacy infrastructure and modern expectations.

His works include sustainability policy research, renewable energy procurement and energy efficiency, carbon emission accounting and verification, emission standard interpretation and reporting, life-cycle assessment, climate change goal setting and net-zero strategic planning and execution for decarbonization. Liu’s background is in chemistry and environmental science.

    With over a decade of experience in enterprise and cloud sales leadership at Honeywell and Brivo, Morrow brings a practical, operator-first approach to AI adoption. He is a board advisor for security technology and AI at LifeSafetyAlliance.org and hosts the podcast AI PHYSEC TODAY, where he explores how AI is reshaping the physical security industry.

    Morrow holds an MBA from Florida Atlantic University and a certification in AI from MIT Professional Education. His work centers on building AI Agents that combine domain expertise, outcome alignment and real-world execution.

    Amy Musanti is the director of sustainable building solutions for ASSA ABLOY in New Haven, Connecticut. She joined ASSA ABLOY in 2007 and has held various positions across numerous divisions in customer service, marketing, sales and sustainability. Musanti helps to make the group’s products and processes more sustainable, by supporting business opportunities for ASSA ABLOY solutions that contribute to energy efficiency and wellness in the commercial and institutional construction industry.

    Musanti has a Bachelor of Arts in communication with a minor in information technology from Monmouth University and a Master of Science in organizational leadership from Quinnipiac University, where she is an adjunct faculty in the School of Business.

    Eva Nolle is the co-founder and director of operations for Ceravoid (Pty) Ltd, a commercial intelligence firm based in Cape Town, South Africa. Amongst others, the company provides due diligence enquiries, background screenings, country risk assessments, market entry analysis as well as commercial and fraud investigations.

    Throughout her career, Nolle has not only worked in business intelligence, but also provided crisis management training, travel security and conducts security audits of both private and commercial spaces on a regular basis. Having worked on ensuring compliance with transnational laws possessing extraterritorial jurisdiction throughout her career, one of her focus areas in recent years has become environmental, social and governance and its shift from corporate social responsibility to a compliance issue. Nolle is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) as well as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and Professional Certified Investigator (PCI).

    Charles Robinson is vice president and head of sustainability at the ASSA ABLOY Group, where he leads global sustainability strategy across operations, supply chain, communications and reporting. An experienced sustainability professional, Robinson holds a B.Eng. in mechanical engineering from Atlantic Technological University and an MSc in sustainable energy systems from the University of Edinburgh. He began his ASSA ABLOY career in 2010 as a graduate mechanical engineer, progressing through operations and sustainability roles before being appointed group director and head of sustainability in 2019 and vice president and head of sustainability in 2023.

    Robinson has extensive experience driving sustainability improvements across 1,100 sites, including 200 factories in more than 70 countries. He also leads work on climate commitments, ESG reporting, CSRD readiness, stakeholder engagement and board-level sustainability discussions, acting as an ambassador for ASSA ABLOY and the wider industry.
