Andrew CampagnolaChair, SIA Built Environment Advisory Board; Director of Product Management, Kastle SystemsAndrew Campagnola is a trusted voice in access control and security technology, with hands-on experience across the entire ecosystem—end user, integrator, consultant and manufacturer. His background spans engineering, sales, operations and product management, giving him a rare cross-functional view of how security solutions are built, deployed and adopted.
As director of product management at Kastle Systems, Campagnola brings a practical and strategic perspective on the evolution of managed security. He contributes actively to the industry through panels, publications and community engagement, with a focus on driving interoperability and modernization across the physical security landscape.
Campagnola has spoken at events including ISC West, ISC East and the Access Control Summit and has authored articles on the future of access control in commercial real estate. He is a board advisor for security technology and AI at LifeSafetyAlliance.org and hosts the podcast AI PHYSEC TODAY, where he explores how AI is reshaping the physical security industry.
Morrow holds an MBA from Florida Atlantic University and a certification in AI from MIT Professional Education. His work centers on building AI Agents that combine domain expertise, outcome alignment and real-world execution.

Amy MusantiChair, SIA ESG Advisory Board; Director, Sustainable Building Solutions, Door Security Solutions. ASSA ABLOYAmy Musanti is the director of sustainable building solutions for ASSA ABLOY in New Haven, Connecticut. She joined ASSA ABLOY in 2007 and has held various positions across numerous divisions in customer service, marketing, sales and sustainability. Musanti helps to make the group’s products and processes more sustainable, by supporting business opportunities for ASSA ABLOY solutions that contribute to energy efficiency and wellness in the commercial and institutional construction industry.
Musanti has a Bachelor of Arts in communication with a minor in information technology from Monmouth University and a Master of Science in organizational leadership from Quinnipiac University, where she is an adjunct faculty in the School of Business.

Charles RobinsonVice President and Head of Sustainability, ASSA ABLOYCharles Robinson is vice president and head of sustainability at the ASSA ABLOY Group, where he leads global sustainability strategy across operations, supply chain, communications and reporting. An experienced sustainability professional, Robinson holds a B.Eng. in mechanical engineering from Atlantic Technological University and an MSc in sustainable energy systems from the University of Edinburgh. He began his ASSA ABLOY career in 2010 as a graduate mechanical engineer, progressing through operations and sustainability roles before being appointed group director and head of sustainability in 2019 and vice president and head of sustainability in 2023.
Robinson has extensive experience driving sustainability improvements across 1,100 sites, including 200 factories in more than 70 countries. He also leads work on climate commitments, ESG reporting, CSRD readiness, stakeholder engagement and board-level sustainability discussions, acting as an ambassador for ASSA ABLOY and the wider industry.

A PMP-certified leader, she has successfully guided diverse, cross-functional teams through various technical implementations and product commercializations. With a degree in environmental studies, Singer is passionate about navigating the intersection of physical security and environmental stewardship to help foster a more resilient, forward-thinking industry. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and volunteering.

Renee ThompsonDirector of Global Sustainability and Environmental Compliance, WescoRenee Thompson is director of global sustainability and environmental compliance at Wesco, where she leads the company’s sustainability strategy, environmental compliance programs and regulatory readiness efforts across its global operations and value chain. She brings experience across health and safety, operations, sustainability and environmental compliance, having held several leadership roles since joining Wesco in 2014.
In her current role, Thompson advances Wesco’s global sustainability strategy, regulatory compliance readiness, environmental reporting and stakeholder engagement efforts. Her areas of expertise include sustainability strategy, environmental compliance, circular economy initiatives, supplier engagement, ESG reporting and global regulatory readiness.
Thompson holds a Master of Business Administration in sustainability and environmental compliance from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in business, green and sustainable enterprise management from the University of Phoenix.

Manny TraceySenior Vice President, Operations, WescoManny Tracey is senior vice president of global operations at at Wesco, where he leads a broad international operations organization responsible for distribution, transportation, customer care, supply chain services, operations transformation, network design, technology deployment, automation and safety initiatives across the enterprise. He is currently responsible for a global operations network that supports more than 400 locations across multiple regions and legal entities worldwide.
In his role, Tracey oversees a complex global operating environment that spans North America, Canada, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. His organization manages diverse distribution and service operations while supporting multiple enterprise systems, operating models and business units across Wesco’s global footprint.
Throughout his leadership tenure, Tracey has been a driving force behind operational excellence, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives. His strategic priorities have included global network optimization, automation deployment, technology modernization, lean business practices, productivity improvement, safety culture advancement, distribution network design and large-scale operational transformation programs.
Tracey is recognized for building high-performing teams and establishing globally consistent operating standards while balancing regional business needs. Under his leadership, the operations organization has focused on advancing global safety and risk reduction programs, driving continuous improvement and lean operating practices, supporting large-scale network expansion, consolidation and optimization projects and enabling digital transformation throughout warehouse management systems automation and technology deployments.
A strong advocate for customer-focused operations, Tracey has championed initiatives designed to improve service performance, operational scalability, on-time shipping, productivity and global collaboration. He regularly speaks on topics including supply chain transformation, operational excellence, safety leadership, automation, network design, workforce development and the future of distribution operations.
Tracey resides in the Charlotte, North Carolina, area with his wife, Jennifer, and son Jack. A veteran of the US Air Force and Pennsylvania Army National Guard and a degree in psychology from Edinboro University help shape his foundation and focus and approach to building exceptional teams.
