As part of the breakfast event, SIA StartUps in Security Chair Charles Johnson will continue the “Investor Series” round of interviews, and the guest for our breakfast event at ISC East will be Josh Albert, vice president at Intrepid Investment Bankers.

About our interview guest:

Josh Albert is a vice president at Intrepid Investment Bankers and has 10+ years of mergers and acquisitions and capital markets experience. He has executed numerous domestic and cross-border transactions and specializes in security technology including video surveillance, manned guarding, access control and technology integration services.

Josh and his team at Intrepid specialize in advising founder-owned/entrepreneurial businesses seeking institutional capital. Intrepid works with middle-market clients seeking partial liquidity, majority recapitalizations with a financial sponsor, or full strategic exits.

In his free time, Josh is an avid waterman and enjoys surfing, swimming and boating. He also enjoys challenging himself with various physical endeavors including the Ironman Triathlon, pier-to-pier swims, paddling to Catalina Island and other races.
