Elli Reges
Director of Learning and Development

Elizabeth (Elli) Reges is the director of learning and development for the Security Industry Association (SIA). Elli is responsible for leading the SIA Education@ISC conference programs for ISC West and ISC East, overseeing SIA’s certification programs and expanding SIA’s portfolio of key education, training and career development initiatives.

Elli recently served as manager of certifications and compliance for the National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security at the University of Mississippi.

Elli received her Ph.D. in human capital development and a master’s degree from the University of Southern (USM) Mississippi and holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Mississippi.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads content development for the SIA Education@ISC conference programs for ISC West and ISC East
• Direct SIA’s education, training, certification and career development programs and initiatives
• Collaborates with industry experts to strategically identify and design programs of value to SIA’s members and their channel partners
