Sana Islam
Coordinator of Member Services

Sana Islam is the Coordinator of Member Services for the Security Industry Association (SIA). She plays a key role in supporting member onboarding, engagement, and retention, working with the Member Services team to help members get the most value from their SIA membership.

Sana graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management and a minor in sport management. Prior to joining SIA, she spent nearly four years with the Rutgers University Office of Financial Aid, where she managed multi-platform social media campaigns, administered its Salesforce CRM, and earned the office’s Gold Medallion Award. She also brings experience in data analysis and reporting from her work as an inventory optimization intern with Coach USA.
