Post Job Opportunities for Free on the FAST Jobs Board

Dear SIA members,

One of the top challenges facing security companies is workforce development. To help the industry recover from the business impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Foundation for Advancing Security Talent (FAST) has announced an extension of its free job listings for Electronic Security Association (ESA) and Security Industry Association (SIA) members. ESA and SIA members will now be able to list jobs on the FAST Jobs Board for free.

FAST is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that connects passionate, innovative professionals with new opportunities in electronic security and life safety and awareness to the career advancement opportunities within the fast-paced technology industry that serves to keep people, places and property safe. The FAST Jobs Board allows job seekers to search by keyword, job title and location and features thousands of jobs from over 800 companies, and the site’s jobs have earned over 400,000 impressions in 2021. Additionally, SIA is looking to get members involved in reaching out to students at community colleges, universities and technical schools. SIA’s student outreach initiative is intended to raise awareness of the security industry and the career opportunities it provides among college students and graduates and stake out a space for young people within our member companies. We are always looking for dedicated and talented volunteers who are willing to talk to students about the industry.
