Security Industry Association Announces Winners of the 2022 SIA New Products & Solutions Awards
Allegion – LCN took the top honor in SIA’s annual award program recognizing innovative security products in partnership with ISC West.
LAS VEGAS – The Security Industry Association (SIA) has announced the 2022 winners of the SIA New Products and Solutions (NPS) Awards, the flagship awards program presented in partnership with ISC West recognizing innovative security products, services and solutions. Top among the winners, who were recognized March 23 during an award ceremony on the ISC West show floor, was Allegion – LCN, receiving the 2022 Best New Product Award.
Since its inception in 1979, the SIA NPS Awards have been the security industry’s premier product awards program. New products are reviewed by a panel of judges with extensive industry experience, and in 2022, following significant deliberations, the 30 judges presented awards for technologies covering 25 product and service categories. The 2022 SIA NPS Awards entries will be on display March 23-25 in Booth 18071 on the ISC West show floor.
Allegion – LCN received the Best New Product honor for its LCN 6400 COMPACT Series Operators product, submitted in the Access Control Software, Hardwire, Devices & Peripherals – Wired category.
“The LCN 6400 COMPACT Series low energy automatic operator helps your facility meet basic needs related to accessibility and touchless access on interior openings,” said Allegion – LCN. “Whether you are upgrading a single opening, renovating a portion of your building or constructing a new facility, the COMPACT series enables a healthy, accessible environment.”
The prestigious Judges’ Choice Award was presented to Hakimo for the Hakimo Alarm Monitoring 2.0 product, submitted in the Commercial Monitoring Solutions category.
