Nabin Banskota: Niural, an all-in-one platform for U.S payroll, employer of record (EOR), contractor management and PEO services in over 150 countries, was born out of a vis.ion to revolutionize the way businesses manage their global workforce. Founded by me and my co-founders, Nami Baral, Sarin Regmi and Brabim Baral, Niural’s journey began in response to the significant changes in business operations, especially post-pandemic, where even the smallest companies started experiencing a distributed workforce.

The shift towards remote and global teams brought numerous legal, security and compliance challenges for businesses small and big. Nabin recognized the need for a single platform to address these complexities without the hassle of juggling multiple tools and vendors. Without one comprehensive, secure system, companies leverage multiple tools which increases points of vulnerability, leads to data fragmentation as well as inconsistent security policies across vendors. Additionally, the complexity of security management and lack of unified monitoring leads to increased inefficiency as well as human errors. This insight led to the creation of Niural, a comprehensive solution that consolidates various functions into one seamless platform with enterprise grade security.

Niural was meticulously built from the ground up, starting with its robust U.S. payroll system and international money movement tools. By eliminating middlemen, Niural introduced a new payment system capable of same-day and real-time transfers worldwide. This innovation extends beyond payroll – integrating finance, legal, compliance and other critical aspects of managing a global workforce in one singular, secure system of record.

Today, Niural stands as the most powerful payroll and HR workforce management solution on the market. It is designed to be simple, reliable and efficient, empowering businesses of all sizes to manage their global teams with ease and confidence. Niural’s commitment to security and seamless operations has made it a trusted partner for companies navigating the complexities of modern workforce management.
