Sara Eslamlou: ParSecurity was founded in 2003 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, by Mehdi Eslamlou, an electrical engineer with a passion for technology, electronics and innovation. Mehdi set out with a vision to bring advanced security solutions to customers across the Midwest. Initially, the company focused on traditional security installations for businesses, such as camera systems, alarms and door access control.

Today, we offer a wide range of solutions for customers, including artificial intelligence (AI)-powered software, video monitoring, cloud storage and solar-powered mobile security systems. Our services have expanded far beyond the Midwest; we now provide mobile security solutions in all 50 states.

As a forward-thinking company, we are continually exploring newer, smarter solutions to meet the ever-changing demands of the security industry.

What is something we might not know about your company – or something new you are doing in security?

SE: Recognizing the growing demand for flexible and mobile security solutions, we developed our mobile camera towers with a focus on sustainability and reliability. These solar-powered units are designed for long-term, self-sustained operation, providing an ideal solution for environments that require consistent, on-site protection without the need for extensive infrastructure.

We offer the mobile camera towers for rent, tailored to sites that need comprehensive security measures such as smart cameras, alarms and motion sensors. Additionally, we can integrate perimeter detection for enhanced site security, ensuring a complete protective solution. From construction sites to military operations and commercial parking lots, these units deliver unmatched performance in diverse settings.

To elevate the effectiveness of our mobile camera towers, we’ve newly integrated drones into the system, allowing for elevated viewpoints and broader, more comprehensive coverage. This combination of mobile, sustainable and drone-enhanced security makes our offering a true game changer in the industry, providing scalable, versatile solutions nationwide.

It’s inspiring to see how vital security solutions are across the globe, and I take pride in being part of a company that helps ensure the safety and protection of businesses, communities, and individuals.

What are your predictions for the security industry in the short and long term?

SE: In the short term, I anticipate an increasing demand for smarter and more integrated security solutions. Businesses and consumers alike are looking for systems that not only provide protection, but also incorporate advanced technologies like AI, real-time monitoring and cloud-based services. Security solutions will become more personalized and data-driven, allowing for quicker response times and more precise threat detection.

In the long term, I believe the security industry will continue to shift toward automation and mobility. We’ll see further advancements in autonomous systems, such as drones and AI-powered surveillance, offering more flexible and cost-effective security coverage. The adoption of sustainable energy solutions, like solar power or wind power, will also continue to rise. Overall, the industry will keep evolving to meet the growing complexities of global security needs.
