• Proposals wanted! SIA is looking for great sessions and speakers for the SIA Education@ISC programs at ISC East 2026 (Nov. 3–5 in New York City) and ISC West 2027 (April 5–9 in Las Vegas). Don’t wait; proposals are due June 5! Learn more and get started here.

• It’s TIME to grow your career by finding your security mentor! SIA is seeking security industry professionals for the 2026 mentee cohort of Talent Inclusion Mentorship Education (TIME), a mentorship program presented by the SIA RISE community for young security professionals.
• Looking to grow as a security leader and showcase your expertise? Take the stage at AcceleRISE! SIA’s event hosted by the RISE community and designed for young professionals and emerging leaders takes place Aug. 3–5 in San Diego! Plus, save $100 on registration from now to April 30.

• Share your idea for a SIA endowment proposal! SIA’s Endowment Fund serves as a funding source for new initiatives that will provide value to SIA members and fuels growth, expansion and innovation. Share your idea by May 25!
• Expo Seguridad México team has unveiled the SIA Education@Expo Seguridad México conference program, which includes a dynamic keynote from Brian Allen, executive director of AI RegRisk Think Tank. SIA spoke with Allen to get a sneak peek at his session and hear from him about the impact of artificial intelligence on the security industry.
