The SIA Startup Mastermind Community is a trusted peer network for security industry founders and startup leaders to exchange real-world insights, pressure-test decisions, and navigate the unique challenges of building companies in high-risk, regulated, trust-based markets.

This is not a pitch group.

This is a decision-making and leadership forum.

Who It’s For

  • Early-stage & growth-stage security startups

    • Physical security technology
    • Cyber-physical convergence platforms

Ideal group size: 6–8 leaders per cohort, and possibly broken out by job role (founders, HR, sales, etc. ) or industry segment (Technology Firms/Manufacturers, Consultants, Integrators, etc.)

Cadence & Format

  • 12-month cohort model with themed monthly meetings
  • 60-minute virtual sessions each month
  • Private Slack channels to connect between meetings
  • In-person meetups at SIA events
