Benjamin J. Paladino, Vice President, Global Security & Investigations, JPMorgan Chase, to address crowd at SIA InteropFest 2018.

As part of the 2018 SIA InteropFest & Cocktail Reception, Benjamin J. Paladino, Vice President, Global Security & Investigations for JPMorgan Chase, will address attendees. Paladino will share the story of how JP Morgan Chase handled a major access control upgrade involving OSDP-compliant readers, and how OSDP functions like file transfer and secure channel are providing more security and greater ease of use for practitioners and integrators.

As the vice president and innovations manager with JPMorgan Chase’s global security and investigations department, Paladino leads the product development for access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, alarm monitoring and command center platforms. His goal is to  ensure “the effective alignment of technical security programs to firm-wide priorities.”

Well before entering the corporate security world, Paladino was at working defending the security of our nation. He served as an enlisted infantryman in the United States Marine Corps from 2006 to 2010. During that period, he achieved the rank of corporal and was recognized with awards and decorations including the Purple Heart, the Presidential Unit Citation, the Combat Action Ribbon, and the Good Conduct Medal, as well as other personal/unit awards.

Event Details

InteropFest 2018 is scheduled for Wednesday, April 11, 2018, from 4:30-7 p.m. at room 701 during ISC West at the Sands Expo Center in Las Vegas. The event, which is free to attend, features technology demonstrations from vendors with standards-compliant security solutions, along with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres as part of a networking reception.
