Sadie Stiles: Chimera integrations was founded in 2017 by company president Casey White with only one employee. Casey is a third-generation security integrator and has worked in the industry most of his life. A Chimera is a three-headed mythological beast composed of a dragon to represent their proactive approach towards security, a lion to represent the fortified design and implementation and a phoenix to represent the protection and safety that’s considered in every design. “Greatness can only be achieved when the heads of many perform as a body of one.”

What solutions/services does your business offer in the security industry? And what makes your offerings or your company unique?

What do you enjoy most about being at your company and in the security industry?

SS: Chimera Integrations has provided me with the space to learn, grow and evolve, both personally and professionally. This reflects our core values as a company. I love that I’m encouraged to step out of my comfort zone and take on challenges. It’s not just about finding my place here; it’s about actively shaping my journey and making my place here.

The security industry itself is fascinating. It’s a constantly evolving field where we’re always embracing new challenges and fresh ideas. That dynamism keeps things interesting and makes me feel like I’m part of something dynamic and impactful.

What does SIA offer that is most important to you/your company? And what do you most hope to get out of your membership with SIA?

SS: We value the sense of community and the networking opportunities SIA provides. We believe in the power of connection within the industry. It’s not about competition; it’s about collaboration and mutual growth. SIA serves as a unifying force, bringing together professionals, companies and experts across the industry.

In addition, we recognize the underrepresentation of women in our industry. That’s why the Women in Security Forum offered by SIA is important to us. It provides a valuable platform for the women in our company to connect, share ideas and unify.
