Get Involved With SIA
As a Security Industry Association (SIA) member, you have the opportunity to make the most out of your firm’s membership by getting more involved with the association. Here are a few ways you can engage and/or volunteer with SIA to maximize your membership potential:
Join a SIA Committee or Group
SIA’s committees, working groups, interest groups and advisory boards help guide the association – and lead the industry – by defining policy, developing standards, planning education, training and professional development offerings, creating resources and member benefits and organizing membership activities.
Not sure which committee you’re interested in? Check out SIA’s Committee Guide to learn more about what each group does and how you can get involved.
Stay Active With Committees & Working Groups
SIA operates over two dozen committees and working groups ranging from government relations to school security, cybersecurity, video surveillance, access control interoperability and so much more. See the full guide to SIA committees and groups.
