- Small-group breakout sessions as consistent Mini Executive Teams
- Application of executive competencies through real-world scenarios
- Ongoing development of a team-based capstone project
Week 6: Capstone Presentations & In-Person Summit
- Oct. 21-22 | New York City (immediately following Securing New Ground)
- What is it: A day-and-half in-person summit in New York City presenting team-based capstone project
- What to expect: Executive keynotes and guest speakers
Table Stakes: Program Eligibility & Expectations
Candidates must be employed by an SIA and/or PSA Security Network member organization and demonstrate strong performance in their current or previous roles. Ideal participants show the ability to lead complex projects or initiatives, possess a strategic understanding of the security technology and converged security ecosystem, and exhibit clear potential to advance into senior leadership roles within the next five years.
Participants should be highly motivated to invest in their professional growth and actively engage in the six-week cohort experience. A strong commitment to attending all scheduled virtual sessions, project work, and the mandatory virtual conference is expected. The estimated time commitment is approximately 3-4 hours per week spent between virtual sessions and project work.
