Teresa WuVice President, Head of Smart Credentials and Smart Integrate, IDEMIA Public SecurityTeresa Wu is a seasoned professional leading the smart credential and access market engagement activities within the IDEMIA Public Security in North America. With a diverse background, she has successfully overseen diverse product portfolios, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as cloud computing, digital identity, identity documents, and biometric solutions.
In her current role, Wu serves as a dynamic cross-functional team leader, driving client success in smart credentials and digital identity programs. Her focus on innovation, strategy, program delivery and industry engagement reflect her extensive experience and domain expertise.
Over the past two decades, Wu has been a driving force in various industry advocacy groups, contributing significantly to AFIS technology, facial recognition, public security and identity and biometric standards. As a board member of the FIDO Alliance and the Security Industry Association, and chair of the Identity Access Forum of the Secure Technology Alliance, she continues to shape industry dialogues.

Boris SternChair, SIA Intrusion SubcommitteeBoris Stern, based in Switzerland, is a consultant representing Swissdotnet. He has been actively engaged in the security industry for 15 years, specializing in monitoring center technologies, with a strong technical background in information security and telecommunications. Passionate about aligning technological advancements with industry standards, Stern actively contributes to normative writing across multiple organizations, including SIA, UL, the International Electrotechnical Commission and CENELEC. He also serves as managing director of E-DOOR SARL and lead auditor at the Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems, and he previously worked as chief business development officer at Sitasys AG. For nearly three years, Stern has served as chair of SIA’s Intrusion Subcommittee, which maintains and promotes standards dealing with residential and commercial intrusion panels and communication between protected premises and monitoring stations.

With a background spanning integrated solutions, low-voltage technologies and security project management, he brings nearly a decade of hands-on industry experience. Tremouliaris has been an active contributor to industry advancement through his longstanding participation in the OSDP Technical Subcommittee, where he serves as chair, as well as his service on the SIA RISE Steering Committee, where he currently serves as the 2026 chair of AcceleRISE.

He is the vice chair of SIA’s OSDP Technical Subcommittee.
