AcceleRISE 2019 was a great success! This inaugural conference hosted by the Security Industry Association’s (SIA’s) RISE community for young professionals brought together tomorrow’s security leaders for 2+ days of idea sharing, coaching, business skills development, networking and inspiration. AcceleRISE 2019 was held Aug. 14-16 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Highlights from AcceleRISE 2019 included interactive workshops on purposeful networking and addressing conflict in the workplace, insights from the Twin Cities Marathon team on the evolution of race-day security, presentations on the power of positive leadership and providing customer service, a lively networking reception and group exercise classes with tomorrow’s security leaders.
