The Security Industry Association (SIA) RISE community for emerging leaders and those new to the security industry is looking for creative speaking proposals for the 2025 AcceleRISE conference, taking place Aug. 4-6 in Boston, Massachusetts.

AcceleRISE was created to ignite new thinking, strengthen leadership and sharpen business acumen in young security talent. Each year, the conference tackles the issues that matter most to young professionals in the security industry and features a diverse array of premier learning sessions, interactive workshops and lively activities geared toward rising stars in the industry. This year, we’re excited to host AcceleRISE in the vibrant, bustling city of Boston, Massachusetts!

SIA is seeking fresh ideas and speakers for this year’s event. Want to be part of the team that helps us deliver compelling and creative educational content to our industry’s rising stars? We’re looking for dynamic presentations on topics including:

• Organizational psychology
• Global security challenges and the impact on business
• Smart technologies: Safer spaces vs. privacy violations
• Biometrics
• Navigating changes in your career, including career growth, trajectory and imposter syndrome
• Artificial intelligence
• Cultural differences in international business

SIA RISE is a collaborative community that fosters the careers of young professionals in the security industry. RISE is available to all employees of SIA member companies who are under 40 or who have been in the security industry for less than two years.
