Join us at ISC East Nov. 20 for a program gathering innovative startups, scale-ups and industry leaders shaping the future of security tech.
  • Last chance to join us for the Vertical Insights Retail Security Symposium! This free virtual event, sponsored by Salient and Verkada and featuring speakers from the Retail Industry Leaders Association and the Campbell, California, Police Department will examine how retailers can enhance loss prevention and mitigate shrinkage while, most importantly, protecting staff and customers from bad actors.
  • Congratulations to the winners of the 2025 SIA RISE Scholarship! Twenty-three young professionals in security will receive $3,000 scholarships to use toward continuing education, repayment of student loans and professional development.

  • The SIA National Capital Region Security Forum (NCRSF) is presenting two exciting events in the D.C. area Dec. 2 and 3, and we want you to join us!   • A new study by BEYOND Insights, in partnership with the Security Industry Association (SIA) Women in Security Forum, reveals that women in the physical security industry are proud of their work and see their careers as meaningful, but still face structural and cultural barriers that limit advancement and retention. The 2025 Women in Security Career Perceptions Study was conducted to better understand women’s career satisfaction, perceptions of opportunity and professional development needs within the security industry.
