- ISC West 2026 is coming up March 23–27 in Las Vegas, Nevada, and the Security Industry Association (SIA) and ISC West have revealed full conference details for the SIA Education at ISC West program, including keynote presentations from top luminaries and over 150 sessions from over 330 top industry expert speakers on the most current business trends, technologies and industry developments. SIA has put together some guides to what’s new at the conference, top courses and workshops offered and the must-see sessions related to critical infrastructure, cybersecurity and IT and more.
- SIA’s Data Privacy Advisory Board released a series of videos to celebrate Data Privacy Day that cover important privacy topics like the state of privacy in 2026, the relationship between privacy and security and the privacy regulatory landscape. Check them out here!

Don’t miss the opportunity to become a TIME mentor! is seeking security industry professionals to serve as mentors in the 2026 cohort of Talent Inclusion Mentorship Education (TIME), a mentorship program presented by the SIA RISE community for young security professionals. Applications are due Feb. 13; learn more and apply here.
- SIA’s Nominations Committee has recommended individuals to serve as members of the 2026–2028 SIA Board of Directors, pursuant to the SIA bylaws. These nominations will be submitted for ratification at The Advance, SIA’s annual membership gathering during ISC West.
