Hey, SIA members! Here at the Security Industry Association (SIA), we’re on a mission to get more of your team members on track with SIA so they can rally with us! This summer, we're holding a friendly competition to see who can bring in the most new colleagues to add to their SIA rosters.
Your company membership extends to all your employees, and all they need to do is be added to your company roster or create a mySIA account themselves to get access to SIA benefits.
Big Thanks, Big Wins—Our 2025 Rally Top 10
Over the course of the summer, more than 300 SIA member companies stepped up to the challenge and added nearly 1,000 new names to their SIA rosters—and we loved every minute of the competition.
A big congratulations to this year’s Top 10 winners, including companies like Gallagher, Vanguard, Convergint and this year’s surprise winner—Allegion, announced live from the “winner’s circle” in Indianapolis!
Roster Rally may be over, but connecting your team to SIA never ends. In fact, we highly recommend making SIA roster enrollment a key part of your employee onboarding process—so your entire team gets the insights, resources and connections they need from day one.
Here’s How to Rally!
Any employee who doesn’t yet have a mySIA account can personally sign up for one here. They'll need to use their work email address and must select your company so that they get connected to your firm for SIA benefits and get counted for your company in our 2025 Roster Roundup.
For Company Administrators: Info on How to Update Your Rosters
If you’re a company administrator (a designated admin/primary contact for your company's SIA membership), you are one of our rally leaders!
Need to update the company administrator for your firm? Email membership@securityindustry.org, and we'll get you on the trail. (Plus, there can be more than one admin to help lighten your load.)
First – check your roster! Admins, you can go to your company roster page after logging in to see your roster.
Next – Add your team! You can add employees directly online with basic info like their name, work email and position title.
Got a big list of more than 10 people you want to send us? Our Microsoft Excel spreadsheet template just needs first names, last names, work emails, job titles and country locations. Enter them into this sheet and then email us at membership@securityindustry.org, and we'll add them for you.
