Growing Tomorrow’s Security Workforce: Check Out the 2019 SIA Annual Report

In 2019, the Security Industry Association (SIA) led the industry in proactive efforts to grow the next-generation security workforce. SIA spearheaded a number of initiatives to support the advancement of women and young professionals in the industry, engaged students in understanding what security careers have to offer and helped companies learn how to better recruit and retain talent.

The 2019 SIA Annual Report details the most substantial of these accomplishments and how SIA and its members and partners collaborated to advance the security industry through conferences, thought leadership, award programs and more – all while substantially growing SIA’s membership.
