We anticipate that security integrators will increasingly seek out reliable solutions that offer recurring revenue streams and advanced features for their clients. As security threats evolve and become more sophisticated, integrators will need to adapt and offer comprehensive and cutting-edge security solutions that provide value to end-users while delivering a recurring revenue stream for their business. Overall, we are excited to see the security industry grow and evolve in response to changing market dynamics and emerging technologies, and we are confident that our industry will continue to thrive in the years ahead.
What are the biggest challenges facing your company and/or others in the security industry?
BH: One of the most pressing challenges faced by the security industry is the shortage of skilled professionals equipped to handle the demands of the job. This scarcity is a widespread issue that affects multiple trades, and it is crucial for the security industry to actively attract and retain talented individuals of all ages.
