The Security Industry Association (SIA) Women in Security Forum (WISF) community is conducting a survey of security professionals to measure their career perceptions, attitudes and satisfaction. The findings will be used to help WISF identify what is going well in the industry, what needs improvement and where resources should be focused to attract and retain more talent.
