Andrew Elvish

Andrew Elvish has worked in computer software marketing since 1995. Having begun his career in the early days of web search technology, he moved onto 3D graphics software in the media and entertainment market with industry leader Avid Inc., and then pursued opportunities in the military simulation space with CAE Inc. In 2012 Andrew joined Genetec Inc. as Vice President of Marketing. In this role he leads the global marketing team overseeing technology alliances, digital media, performance marketing, public relations, events, communications, and global campaigns. Andrew is an outspoken advocate for the importance of cybersecurity best practices within the physical security industry, and along with his colleagues has helped sensitize both security integrators and end users to the unique cyber risks present in our technology practice.
