About the Campus Outreach Program
Join SIA in connecting with future talent! The Campus Outreach Program is a college engagement and student recruitment initiative led by members of the Security Industry Association (SIA), in partnership with PSA Security Network and the Foundation for Advancing Security Talent (FAST).
This program is designed to bring together security industry professionals who are passionate about shaping the future of the industry and engaging with the next generation of talent. By participating you gain access to student networks and help build a strong, sustainable talent pipeline for hiring and recruitment.
Beyond recruitment, the program provides recruiting resources, offers an opportunity for members to share their expertise, educates students about exciting career opportunities and inspires the leaders of tomorrow. Participants help create meaningful connections between students and the security industry while advancing their own professional networks.
Through bi-monthly meetings, events, and email communications you will stay informed about student engagement activities, upcoming initiatives, and ways to make a real impact in developing the future security industry workforce.
