Joey Lu
Learning & Development Coordinator

Joey is the Coordinator of Learning and Development for the Security Industry Association. He plays a key role in supporting SIA’s educational initiatives, which include virtual and in-person training, certification programs, webinars, and conferences. Joey helps manage the day-to-day operations of learning programs and serves as a liaison between participants, instructors, and partners to ensure a smooth and impactful educational experience.

Joey graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in communications. Prior to joining SIA, he worked with startups and later transitioned into nonprofit organizations that support startup growth and networking in the Baltimore area.
