This session shall focus on the impact of COVID and the biggest vulnerability to any organization – Social Engineering. Attending participants will comprehend and interactively recognize the threat of social engineering and vulnerabilities to physical and cybersecurity. Delve into the psychology of the human mind, as we uncover the tools (deception, manipulation, misdirection, rapport) that allow others with malevolent intent to gain unauthorized access to your assets. Participants will recognize how to adapt to this threat through case studies, research, experience, training, and the promise of technology to minimize inherent psychological habits and organizational culture that allow this vulnerability to occur.
