Games, concerts and other events regularly pack tens of thousands of people into stadiums and arenas, requiring security practitioners to both vet and protect a population equivalent to a small city – and to do it all in an unobstructive manner. This Vertical Insights Symposium, sponsored by Ameristar and presented in partnership with the Innovation Institute for Fan Experience, examined the safety and security challenges that must be addressed by stadiums, as well as the technology solutions and best practices that can be leveraged to protect attendees.
