Q&A With Federal Enforcement Homeland Security Foundation CEO William P. Montanaro
Montanaro shares his personal story, discusses the important work of the FEHSF and shares how the security industry can give back in support.
New video from the Security Industry Association (SIA), featuring an enriching conversation with William P. Montanaro, CEO of the Federal Enforcement Homeland Security Foundation (FEHSF)!
The FEHSF is a 501(c)3, not-for-profit, humanitarian foundation that provides emergency funding directed to active federal agents and family members. The direct giving foundation provides financial grants to the federal law enforcement community within 24-48 hours of notification and has become known as the “financial first responder” when tragedy strikes the federal law enforcement community.
In this video, Min Kyriannis – CEO of Amyna Systems, dedicated SIA member and board member of the Federal Enforcement Homeland Security Foundation – speaks with Montanaro about the FEHSF’s work to aid federal law enforcement officers’ families in their times of need, his heartbreaking personal story and his relationship with the organization and how SIA members and the industry can support these important efforts.
On Sept. 18, the FEHSF will host its 2024 Ridge Awards gala at the Plaza Hotel in New York City. As part of this program, SIA CEO Don Erickson will receive the 2024 Patriot Award for his support of the federal law enforcement community. SIA encourages its members and the broader industry to attend and to support the mission of the FEHSF. View the FEHSF’s flyer for information on sponsorship levels and options.
