Speaker bio: Amy Musanti is a sustainability and business leader with nearly two decades of experience driving innovation in the built environment. As Director of Sustainable Building Solutions for ASSA ABLOY, she helps shape strategies that connect sustainability, product innovation, and customer value across the organization's global portfolio.</p>
<p>Since joining ASSA ABLOY in 2007, Amy has held leadership and customer-facing roles in customer service, marketing, sales, and sustainability, enabling her to bridge technical solutions with market needs. She champions opportunities for ASSA ABLOY products and technologies to contribute to energy efficiency, healthier buildings, and sustainability goals across commercial, residential, and institutional sectors.</p>
<p>Amy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Information Technology from Monmouth University and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University. In addition to her industry leadership, she has served as an adjunct faculty member in Quinnipiac University's School of Business, reflecting her commitment to developing the next generation of leaders.<br />

Erin Spadavecchia

Erin Spadavecchia is the Manager – Sustainable Building Solutions at ASSA ABLOY, headquartered in the Americas in New Haven, CT. She helps guide their sustainability program and increases awareness of sustainable solutions. Erin has been with ASSA ABLOY since 2014, previously as Program Manager - Sustainability and as an Architectural Consultant.

Erin is the current Northeast Region Director, a Board Member, and part of the Outreach Committee for the Construction Specification Institute (CSI), Metro New York Chapter. She has also served as the Immediate Past President and Vice President.

Erin is affiliated with mindful MATERIALS, Design for Freedom, IIDA New England, and Built Environment Plus. Erin volunteers for Make-A-Wish Hudson Valley Chapter and various communities in her area. She serves as mentor in Worcester Polytechnic Institute’s Sustainable Career Mentorship Program and ASSA ABLOY’s Interconnect program. Erin serves as a member of ASSA ABLOY’s Uplift Steering Committee.

Erin has a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biotechnology (concentration in Ecology and Environmental Biology) with a minor in Spanish from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) in Worcester, MA and a Master of Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, NY.

Her speaking credits include: Greenbuild 2022, Living Future 2023, CACX (AIA CT) 2023, New York Build 2024, Living Future 2024, CSI National Conference 2024, New York Build 2025, CACX (AIA CT) 2025, New York Build 2025, and New York Build 2026.

Erin is a member of the SIA BEAB.
