Dr. Alka Khungar is the Global Director of Customer Operations for Data Center Services at Johnson Controls, with over 25 years of experience leading customer-centric transformation, operational excellence, and growth initiatives across global organizations. Holding a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership & Management and an MBA, she has built a distinguished career spanning customer operations, customer experience, marketing, commercialization, and business transformation. A PMP-certified and Six Sigma Green Belt leader, Dr. Khungar is passionate about innovation, sustainability, and developing future leaders, while actively contributing to industry organizations focused on ESG, security, and emerging technologies.

Audrey Singer is the Manager of Product Operations at Brivo, where she leverages over a decade of project management experience and eight years of expertise at Brivo. A PMP-certified leader, Audrey has successfully guided diverse, cross-functional teams through various technical implementations and product commercialization. With a degree in Environmental Studies, Audrey is passionate about navigating the intersection of physical security and environmental stewardship to help foster a more resilient, forward-thinking industry.
