Outside of her professional life, she is an avid explorer, hiker and baker, and when she is not at her desk you can find her in the wilderness, whether exploring a national park or climbing a mountain.

Dr. Alka Khungar is the global director of customer operations for data center services at Johnson Controls, with over 25 years of experience leading customer-centric transformation, operational excellence and growth initiatives across global organizations. Holding a doctorate in organizational leadership and management and an MBA, she has built a distinguished career spanning customer operations, customer experience, marketing, commercialization and business transformation. A PMP-certified and Six Sigma Green Belt leader, Khungar is passionate about innovation, sustainability and developing future leaders, while actively contributing to industry organizations focused on ESG, security and emerging technologies.

Audrey Singer is the manager of product operations at Brivo, where she leverages over a decade of project management experience and eight years of expertise at Brivo. A PMP-certified leader, she has successfully guided diverse, cross-functional teams through various technical implementations and product commercializations. With a degree in environmental studies, Singer is passionate about navigating the intersection of physical security and environmental stewardship to help foster a more resilient, forward-thinking industry. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and volunteering.
