Travis Hensley

Travis Hensley is the Global Sustainability, Health, and Safety Manager at HID, where he leads global initiatives spanning sustainability, product stewardship, and workplace safety. He works across functions to embed responsible business practices into operational and product strategies, helping drive long-term value, organizational resilience, and sustainable growth.

With more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, environmental health and safety, and sustainability, Travis has developed and led programs supporting ESG objectives, environmental compliance, Life Cycle Assessments (LCA), and regulatory preparedness. His expertise in sustainability strategy helps organizations navigate evolving market expectations and regulatory requirements while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Travis holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and is a member of the International Society of Sustainability Professionals (ISSP). He also holds certifications in sustainability and ISO management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, further supporting his work in integrating sustainability into business operations and long-term strategy.

Renee Thompson

Renee Thompson is Director of Global Sustainability and Environmental Compliance at Wesco, where she leads the company's sustainability strategy, environmental compliance programs, and regulatory readiness efforts across its global operations and value chain. She brings experience across health and safety, operations, sustainability, and environmental compliance, having held several leadership roles since joining Wesco in 2014. In her current role, Renee Thompson advances Wesco’s global sustainability strategy, regulatory compliance readiness, environmental reporting, and stakeholder engagement efforts. Her areas of expertise include sustainability strategy, environmental compliance, circular economy initiatives, supplier engagement, ESG reporting, and global regulatory readiness. Renee Thompson holds a Master of Business Administration in Sustainability and Environmental Compliance from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Business, Green and Sustainable Enterprise Management from the University of Phoenix

Manny Tracey

Manny is the Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Wesco, where he leads a broad international operations organization responsible for distribution, transportation, customer care, supply chain services, operations transformation, network design, technology deployment, automation, and safety initiatives across the enterprise. He is currently responsible for a global operations network that supports more than four hundred locations across multiple regions and legal entities worldwide.

  • In his role, Manny oversees a complex global operating environment that spans North America, Canada, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. His organization manages diverse distribution and service operations while supporting multiple enterprise systems, operating models, and business units across Wesco’s global footprint.
  • Throughout his leadership tenure, Manny has been a driving force behind operational excellence, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives. His strategic priorities have included global network optimization, automation deployment, technology modernization, lean business practices, productivity improvement, safety culture advancement, distribution network design, and large-scale operational transformation programs.
    Manny is recognized for building high-performing teams and establishing globally consistent operating standards while balancing regional business needs. Under his leadership, the operations organization has focused on:
  • Advancing global safety and risk-reduction programs.
  • Driving continuous improvement and lean operating practices.
  • Supporting large-scale network expansion, consolidation, and optimization projects.
  • Enabling digital transformation through warehouse management systems, automation, and technology deployments.
  • Aligning operations capabilities to support customer growth and evolving supply chain strategies.
  • Developing future leaders and succession pipelines across the organization.

A strong advocate for customer-focused operations, Manny has championed initiatives designed to improve service performance, operational scalability, on-time shipping, productivity, and global collaboration. He regularly speaks on topics including supply chain transformation, operational excellence, safety leadership, automation, network design, workforce development, and the future of distribution operations.

Manny residence in the Charlotte North Carlonia area with his wife Jennifer and son Jack. A veteran of the US Air Force and PA Army National Guard and a degree in Psychology from Edinboro University help shape his foundation and focus and approach to building exceptional teams.
