The mission of the SIA Member Engagement and Experience Committee is to create and evaluate initiatives that increase member participation within SIA and guide the development of member engagement strategies.

Accomplishments

  • Assistance in unprecedented SIA membership growth

  • Input and shaping of SIA member onboarding programs

  • Development of annual SIA Member Satisfaction Survey and review of findings

  • Guidance of SIA’s MAP program to assist startup firms
