New Security Industry Association (SIA) member Solutions360 is a provider of professional services automation software. The company is headquartered in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada, and Mesa, Arizona, and supports customers across North America, Europe and Australia.

SIA spoke with John Graham, executive vice president at Solutions360, about the company, the security industry and working with SIA.

Tell us the story of your company.

John Graham: Founded in 1988, Solutions360 originally developed custom enterprise resource planning software for a variety of industries. In 1999 we created a specialized version specifically designed for systems integration companies and put the full backing of our resources into serving that industry. What makes us unique is that we’re the only end-to-end, unified system purpose built for the specific challenges that a systems integration firm faces.

What solutions/services does your business offer in the security industry? And what makes your offerings or your company unique?

JG: Our offering is to help security integrators run better businesses. Our software is designed to streamline processes, while giving full visibility to each stakeholder in a process so they can make more informed decisions. With a focus on showing profitability throughout the life cycle of work, our customers experience increased margins and better forecasting of there business into the future. Our software Q360 becomes a strategic tool to steer the company into planning for profit. 

What is something we might not know about your company – or something new you are doing in security?

JG: We take a different approach to serving our customers. We are not a typical vendor; we take a vested interest in our customers success. Our mission is to be our customers’ most valued business partner. We provide fantastic software, but more importantly we teach you how to keep leveraging the tools to serve you into the future.

What is your company’s vision, and what are your goals for the security industry?

JG: As said before, our mission is to be our customers’ most valued business partner. Each member of our team is focused on providing value and great service to our clients. We focus on one type of business so our software and consulting services are very specialized to help our clients grow their business to reach their maximum profitability potential.

What does SIA offer that is most important to you/your company? And what do you most hope to get out of your membership with SIA?

JG: We hope to engage with SIA membership through our continued support of trade shows, other marketing events and looking for opportunities to teach business best practices to the membership.
