Aiden O’Brien brings experience in association management and government affairs to his role as executive director of the Foundation for Advancing Security Talent (FAST). Aiden is dedicated to fulfilling FAST’s mission, which revolves around connecting highly skilled individuals with careers in the security industry. His leadership plays a pivotal role in advancing workforce development within this vibrant and growing industry.

Before taking on his current position, Aiden served as the director of the Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) Foundation, demonstrating his commitment to the growth and success of nonprofit organizations.

Aiden holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and history from the University of New Hampshire. He resides in the beautiful state of New Hampshire.
